It was released on 10 January 2026, and caused quite a stir not only for its story, but some political controversy over its rendition of history.

Sivakarthikeyan’s performance received a lot of accolades and now Ravi Mohan’s actor as a villain is being acclaimed as one of the finest performances in recent tamil movies. The film had a lot of punch with its music by GV Prakash Kumar. If you enjoy watching history interwoven with drama and some fire, then this is a decent watch.
3. Youth
This is the first time the director Ken Karunas has directed in his own name, and he stars in the film. Youth is a romance of young manhood, in which a 16-year-old guy searches for true love before the end of his school career. Easy, vintage and a kind of throwback to school. According to reviewers, the performances, particularly by Devadarshini and Suraj Venjaramoodu as the parents in the film, are good and realistic, which make it work. If you need something quick, funny and a little emotional, Youth is a no-brainer.
